Well, for me, it'll have me staying up until wee hours of the morning watching repeat episodes of House Hunters, My First Place, RoseAnne and The Nanny. Three weeks of meal planning with no repeat meals(except leftovers-because we all know leftovers DO and WILL happen). Catching up on the episode of Mob Wives I fell asleep half-way through and consequently falling in love with the show and not being able to wait until the next.
Yeah. That's what insomnia will get ya.
Fail.
But not really. One night, while sitting up watching House Hunters, I sat in bed with my pen, pad and blank menu's and planned out the next THREE WEEKS of meal plans! Oh yeah! And as I planned out the meals, I made the grocery list that goes with it. So for the next three weeks, my meals are planned AND my grocery list is made.

Monday- Jerk Chicken Hoagies, sweet potato fries, fruit of boys choice
Tuesday- Jambalaya-homemade!
Wednesday- Red Stuff, garlic bread, salad
Thursday- Grilled chicken, corn on the cob, salad and maybe corn bread
Friday- Personal (veggie) Pizzas
Saturday- Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole(a familoy favorite!)
May 1- May 7
Sunday- YoYo(your on your own)
Monday- Chicken Fettucini Alfredo
Tuesday- Loaded Nachos
Wednesday- Baked Spaghetti
Thursday- Grilled Pork Chops, Green Beans, Potatoes
Friday- Beef Tips & Rice
Saturday- Turkey and Cheese Hoagies w/ Pop Chips
May 8- May 14
Sunday- Crock-Pot Enchiladas
Monday- Goulash, Salad
Tuesday- Italian Meatloaf, carrots, mashed potatoes
Wednesday- Thai Curry
Thursday- Corn Bread Chili Bake in the PC Deep Covered Baker
Friday- Pizza Bread(probably Double Daves)
Saturday- Grilled BBQ drumsticks, corn on the cob, salad and baked potatoes
Hearing my three year old say BBQ sauce, makes me laugh. It's like Bar Beeee Crew sauce. Bwahahahaha!
